On 8 August 1988, Power Cellular Accessories Supplies Sdn Bhd was the FIRST PRECEDENT Company incorporated in Malaysia to supply mobile phone and phone accessories; founded by Mr. Teo Boon Tong (Chairman of the company). The Company formerly known as T&L Atur Engineering and was supplying car atur accessories in Sabah in year 1978. The Headquarter is located in Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur. At the present moment, the company is having about 120 staff and about 6000 dealers throughout Malaysia.
After one and a half decade, from the evolution of the technology that has allowed the cell phone not just functioning as making calls and text messages, it also functioning in playing music, taking photographs or videos, with the requirement of using a Memory Card. Such changes have provided a good opportunity for the company to change its business model to supply Memory Card due to the huge demand in the market. Therefore, in year March, 2004, the brand name DNA products have been introduced in the market.
From 1992 to 2006, Power Cellular has been widely recognized and was awarded outstanding sales performance by Motorola, Nokia, Maxis, Celcom and TM Touch 013 on DNA products. Especially in year 1996 and 1997, the Company has been awarded Top Achiever and Most Impressive Performer from Maxis.
The Company mainly focuses on providing excellent product quality and services in all ranges of DNA products to customers. Most of the Memory Cards are imported from Taiwan and Korea. Throughout the years of hard work, the company has grown to 11 branches in East and West Malaysia in order to provide superb customer service to meet customers’ satisfactory and LIFETIME WARRANTY on DNA products.
Besides Memory Cards, the company also covers various ranges of products; such as USB Broadband modem that approved by SIRIM Malaysia; Bluetooth handset; USB Flash Disk; Flash Player; and D-RAM. In order to meet the popular demand of the market, the company is planning to expand more branches and to upgrade to a more advance technology of DNA products in the near future bringing the company to fulfill the vision to become the leader and the largest role player in the industry in Malaysia.
